I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your kindness and support (and laughter) yesterday. It was a huge thing for Lauren even to walk in let alone leave with a mobility scooter which she is thrilled about and can see the positive effect it will have on her life.Your knowledge and humour was invaluable in us making this decision so thank you!!!
It also helps knowing you are there in person if ever have any issues.
